A: Yes, all products are natural and cruelty free. We source high quality all natural and organic butters and oils. Our products with glitter are made with a plant-based glitter and natural mica powder. Q: Do you offer local pick up?
A: Yes, we offer local pick up to all customers in the Los Angeles area. At check out, please specify local pick up or delivery. We will email you to schedule a pick up day and time.
Q: Can I eat this butter?
A: Our body butters look like whipped cream, but they don’t taste like it. All our ingredients are natural, but not for internal use.
Q: Are your products safe for kids?
A: Yes, our products are safe for kids. The essential oils used in our products are safe for use, but If you are concerned about using our products on your little ones, please spot test to make sure there is no reaction.
q: I have a nut allergy, are your products made with nut-free ingredients?
A: Our buttas are made using nut butters and oils such as almond oil, kokum butter, argan oil, and coconut oil. If you have a nut allergy, please consult with your doctor, before purchasing a jar,
Q: What is the shelf-life of the body butter?
A: Due to our body butters made without preservatives, the shelf-life is 8 months to 12 months at room temperature. Please keep in cool environment and keep water or moisture from getting inside to keep bacteria from forming.
Q: Will the body butter MELT in hot temperatures?
A: Yes, “it’s like butta baby”… Our body butters will melt if in very hot temperatures or direct sunlight. Please do not leave the body butters in the car on hot day or in direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. If melting occurs, butters can be whipped again or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the butter. Q: what is your return policy?
A: Due to our orders being handmade, no returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the item and we will send out a replacement within 3 business days. If you are just not satisfied with your order, please email us and we will come up with a resolution. Our goal is happy and satisfied customers!
Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your name, order number, and image of the damaged item. We will replace immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim
