are all the buttas made with all natural ingredients?
Yes! Absolutely! We use all natural butters and oils. Our buttas are safe to use on children 2 years old and up. We recommend you purchase the unscented if you want to use on babies.
HOw should i store my butta?
We suggest to always tightly close the lids after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Using clean hands to obtain the product will help maintain its integrity and extend its shelf life. Extreme temperature changes can alter the consistency of the product.
Why did my body butta melt?
A challenge for all natural skincare products is controlling the effect of the outside temperature. We use 100% natural and organic raw materials, therefore changes in temperature change the consistency of the Whipped Butta. No additives or chemicals are used to prevent this.
If your whipped Butta melts, place it in the refrigerator. The melting will not affect the quality or benefits of the Butta, but the whipped consistency will change for example it will turn into a liquid that might be bubbly or foamy (due to the whipped process). Once it solidifies, it will be more like a smooth balm.
Whipping the butters adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the Butta light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the Butta melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full.
On sunny or warm days it is best to refrigerate BEFORE opening the jars. If you open items, check if melting has occurred, they may spill out and make a mess!
The shelf life of the Butta is 12 months, but you will definitely use it before then. :)

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipped email once shipped with tracking information.
when will my order ship?
Once you place your order for Local Pickup, we will email you when your order is ready. Pick up location is in Mid-CIty Los Angeles.
where do i pick up?
Local Pick Up orders cannot be picked-up same day. Please choose a time and day that is 24 hours from time of order. If for some reason your order will be delayed, we will send you an email to reschedule your pick up time and day.
Can i pick up same day?
If you need to cancel your order, please do so in 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders after that time period.
Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges on opened or used products. We take returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at juniebeebutta@gmail.com .

Yes! We only accept empty jars from local customers right now. If you would like to recycle your jars, please email us at juniebeesbutta@gmail.com and we will tell you where to drop them off. You can also drop off old jars when you pick up a new order. We offer 15% off your next order when you recycle your jars. Please do not just drop off your jars without notifying us first. Thank you!
